  • Explore how to modify your existing yoga classes to make them more trauma sensitive.
  • Discover what you need to start a trauma sensitive yoga class

  • Teaching Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Relaxation to prisoners and similar communities.

  • Tikanga  – the importance of Maori protocol in prisons
  • Managing beaurocracy/ volunteering/contracting
  • Discussion/Q&A
